J’adore proudly presents MOkAO, a three-day festival celebrating coffee and chocolate. MOkAO will highlight beans of Africa and celebrate the local artisans that focus on sustainable and ethical use of these products.
Brought to you by the creators of Epicurean Indy, MOkAO will explore the origins of our favorite food/beverage products. Taste rich flavors and learn about the richer cultures of the people behind the products.
From 10:00am - 2:00 pm, enjoy a vendor market, featuring artisan gifts, artwork by African artists, live music, and kid-friendly activities by Create Studio. Pick up fresh pastries from local providers Salamat Cookies, Circle City Sweets, Amelia’s, and Mochi Joy. Participate in coffee cupping classes and tastings, and purchase quality beans and coffee products from local shops, including Tinker, Commissary, Barista Parlor, Calvin Fletcher, Rabble, and Blue Mind.
