An architectural asset reimagined for a changing landscape

A NEW TAKE ON AN INDY ORIGINAL

Known for its sawtooth glass-pane rooflines and its creative tenants, The Stutz is an iconic four-story factory building, easily accessible from I-65 and I-70 in downtown Indianapolis. Part social hub, part modern office, this hybrid workspace is designed to inspire, energize, and attract today’s top creative talent.

Transformational in nature, The Stutz redevelopment project encompasses 441,000 square feet of leasable space, spanning a 3.8 acre, 7-building complex located between 10th and 11th streets and Senate and Capitol avenues. Here, makers, artists, and small businesses converge in a beautiful building that honors and embodies the Stutz Motor Company’s legacy of hard work, artistry, and innovation.

Construction of Phase One has been completed.
