Join Marta for our monthly Full Moon Reflections + Yoga class on Thursday, January 12th! This special monthly yoga class has a different Teacher each month, leaving no two classes the same. Full Moon Reflections + Yoga combines postural yoga, breath work, meditation and special theming to create a holistic experience for mind, body + spirit.
