Aerial Basics Beginner Course

Myriad Yoga will be offering their highly-rated introductory course to Aerial Yoga this Summer to help guide you through the basics of an aerial yoga practice. This four week course is geared towards beginner students, teaching all things aerial yoga including Aerial terminology, getting comfortable with the silk, learning basic Aerial postures, and beginning to work with inversions and hanging from the silk. 

Aerial is a casual departure from a typical yoga class — these classes create an open environment to practice unusual fitness movement and challenge your body in unique ways. This fun and playful movement style utilizes a silk hammock and incorporates aspects of postural yoga, breath work, body weight and dynamic movement. Register here.
