An architectural asset reimagined for a modern landscape
A NEW TAKE ON AN INDY ORIGINAL
Known for its sawtooth glass-pane rooflines and its creative tenants, The Stutz is an iconic four-story former Stutz car factory building, easily accessible from I-65 and I-70 in downtown Indianapolis. This cultural center takes inspiration from its automotive past while establishing a distinct live-work-play experience for the Indianapolis community, offering best-in-class retail and food and beverage offerings, creative office space, programming and events, and much more. The Stutz serves as a neighborhood gathering space anchored in Indianapolis history.
Transformational in nature, The Stutz redevelopment project encompasses 441,000 square feet of leasable space, spanning a 3.8 acre, 7-building complex located between 10th and 11th streets and Senate and Capitol avenues. Here, makers, artists, and small businesses converge in a revitalized building that honors and embodies the Stutz Motor Company’s legacy of hard work, artistry, and innovation.
EVENTS
Our 7,000 SF event space can host events for up to 200 seated guests or 307 for a standing cocktail reception. This unique space pays homage to the building’s automotive history, with three historic Stutz automobiles within the space to set the mood and serve as décor.
